Pricing questions
What happens when the trial ends?
Your workspace stays exactly as you left it. The owner chooses a plan in Settings → Plan & billing to keep working. Nothing is deleted.
What if we go over a limit?
You see a warning at 80%. At the limit, EVOR explains what was reached and offers an upgrade. Existing records are never removed and day-to-day work on existing jobs continues.
Can we add users without changing plan?
Additional office or field users can be added to Business and Enterprise plans on request. Talk to sales for add-on pricing.
Do prices include VAT?
No. Prices shown exclude VAT, which is added at the applicable rate on your invoice.
Can we downgrade later?
Yes. If your current users, branches or modules exceed the lower plan, EVOR shows what to change before the downgrade takes effect.
