Who we are

EVOR provides a business operating platform to companies (“customers”). This notice explains how EVOR handles personal data on its website and as a provider of the platform.

Website visitors

When you submit a demo, contact or Founding 100 form we keep the details you enter, the date, your consent and any campaign reference in the link you followed. We use them to reply and to understand which pages help visitors. We do not sell personal data.

Customer data in the platform

Data that customers store in their EVOR workspace belongs to that customer. EVOR processes it on the customer’s instructions to provide the service, as set out in the data processing terms.

Retention

Website enquiries are kept for up to 24 months unless they become a customer relationship. Workspace data is kept for the subscription and an export period afterwards.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you. Use the contact page and choose “Privacy and data requests”.
