Data processing terms

Plain-language draft pending legal review for each jurisdiction where EVOR operates. It will be replaced by the reviewed version before general availability.

Roles

The customer is the controller of data in its workspace. EVOR is the processor and acts only on the customer’s documented instructions.

Security

EVOR applies the controls described on the security page, including workspace isolation, role-based access and audit history.

Sub-processors

EVOR uses hosting and email providers to run the service. The current list is available on request.

Assistance and deletion

EVOR helps customers respond to data subject requests and deletes workspace data at the end of the export period, unless law requires otherwise.
