Terms of service

Plain-language draft pending legal review for each jurisdiction where EVOR operates. It will be replaced by the reviewed version before general availability.

The service

EVOR is provided as a subscription service. Your plan determines the modules, limits and support you receive.

Your account

The workspace owner is responsible for who is invited, the roles they hold and the accuracy of data entered.

Trials and billing

New workspaces start with a trial. To continue, the owner selects a paid plan. Fees are billed in advance for each period and exclude VAT.

Your data

You own your data. You may export it while your subscription is active and during the export period after it ends.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep EVOR available and will give notice of material changes to the service or these terms.
