Import customers from CSV

  1. 1Open Customers and choose Import.
  2. 2Upload a CSV with columns such as name, TRN, email and phone.
  3. 3Map each column to an EVOR field.
  4. 4Review the preview; rows with errors are listed with the reason.
  5. 5Choose Import valid rows. Duplicates are matched by TRN, email or phone.
