Automate a follow-up with Flow

  1. 1Open Flow and choose Create flow.
  2. 2Choose the trigger, for example Quotation sent.
  3. 3Add a condition if needed, for example total above AED 20,000.
  4. 4Add the action Create task and choose who it is for.
  5. 5Publish the flow. Every run appears in its history.
